Pathway: Your Partner in Mental Health

Individual Therapy

If you're struggling with a behavioral health condition, Pathway is here to help. Therapies are offered for common mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety and many other symptoms that you may be experiencing or may be interfering with your ability to be your full self.  We'll work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs and help you learn practical coping strategies to manage your symptoms.

Family Therapy

Stressful life situations and communication difficulties can make it difficult to enjoy life and engage in healthy, positive relationships with the ones you love. Pathway is here to help you overcome these relationship challenges and to help you and your partner improve communication, build intimacy, and strengthen your overall relationship. We offer couples counseling and marriage therapy.

Trauma Counseling

If you've experienced trauma, it's important to seek help from a qualified therapist. Dr. Russo has been trained in techniques to help you work through your trauma and develop healthy coping strategies in addition to offering evidence-based treatments that have been proven to be effective. Pathway offers a variety of trauma-focused therapies to meet your unique needs.

Child and Adolescent Counseling

At Pathway, kids can talk and learn how to work through their challenges. We are trained to work with children of all ages to address problems that affect how they feel, act, think and learn. We can help with all kinds of feelings like sadness, anger, stress/worry, low self-esteem, school and family problems. We help kids believe in themselves and find their own strengths.

Stress Management

Stress is a natural part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can have a negative impact on our mental and physical health. Our stress management counseling is designed to help you learn practical strategies to manage stress and improve your overall well-being.

Colleague Consultation/Supervision

Whether you’re a seasoned clinician with a strong network of colleagues, or a newer online clinician needing support, clinical consultation can be very valuable, providing clinical feedback, case consultation or supervision to decrease litigation risk or obtain licensure. Whether you’re working online or in an office, Dr. Russo provides many options for case consultation and colleague support to practicing clinicians.  You deserve the clinical and emotional support that therapist consultation groups or individual sessions can provide.
